What the warranty provides:
*Complimentary Design Repair Ticket: This is an invaluable service for the lifetime of your piece; we will offer ONE complimentary Damage Repair. If you move frequently or have a lot of kids (like I do) Maybe something breaks due to unforeseen circumstances… we will repair at no charge. (glass, framing, resin break or chip, overall breaks and more)
*In house flowers may be applied at no addition. If specific flowers are needed/requested for replacement- at cost prices will be discussed & applied.
*Complimentary Shine & Buff Ticket: This is an invaluable service for the lifetime of your piece; ONE complimentary Shine& Buff. If you have an item that is used regularly (trays or other kitchen displays), you may take advantage of the Shine & Buff service. Send items to us and our team will buff and reshine- removing any scratches or blemishes that may have happened over the years or months
*Complimentary Label for Design Send Back: We will cover the cost of Initial design send back. If you decide to use any of your tickets or want to mail back an item for any reason, please reach out for your single use shipping label. This is an invaluable service for the lifetime of your piece!
*At Cost- Lifetime Design Repair: After your Complimentary repair, buff and shipping tickets have been used, At cost material pricing will be applied if any products needed to repair your design ( glass, framing, hardware, added resin, replacement flowers. Any man labor cost will not apply)
