Yes- we do purchase shipping insurance for every shipped design. This process can be uncertain with long wait times. Policy does explain, we are not responsible for damages that occur in the mail.
**Once your product is received, we are no longer protecting and covering any damages. While these items are created to last a lifetime, certain unknowns could risk your keepsakes longevity. Check out the Lifetime Warranty if you would like to get protection for years to come!
What the warranty provides:
*Immediate Mailing Resolution: Although rare- If your design if it is in fact lost or stolen due to any issues with the mailing. We will start and handle the postal claim service. If the process seems unlikely for true resolution. Immediately start working with our team to create a new design with replicated flowers (this is at your discretion. We may have more flowers from your bouquet still to mix in.)
*Shipping Damages Repaired: Our team has vast experience with mailing fragile designs. Even with that- sometimes your piece will be bumped around more than what the mail will admit too. This our own warranty for you to cover any glass, frame or resin design breaks. We will immediately send any materials needed or work together to reframe- rearrange and any mishaps.
